RepPrivacy Policy
1. Who we are
RepStrat is a fitness planning app developed and published by TetraHost, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@repstrat.app or +880 1913 377 417.
2. Information stored on your device
To build your workout plan, RepStrat asks you to enter information during onboarding, which may include:
- Your name, date of birth, gender, mobile number and district;
- Body metrics such as weight, target weight and height;
- Training preferences: gym days per week, session length, week start day, fitness goal, experience level and body-type quiz answers;
- Food preferences (vegetarian / non-vegetarian and cuisine preference);
- Optional health screening answers (for example diabetes, blood pressure, heart condition, joint or back issues) used only to adjust your plan;
- Weekly check-in entries you choose to record.
All of this information is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, backed up to our servers or shared with anyone. We do not operate any servers, and the app does not require an internet connection to function.
3. Information we collect
None. RepStrat does not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, advertising identifiers, location data or device identifiers. We have no way to see, access or recover anything you enter into the app.
4. Permissions the app uses
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): used only to show optional local reminders (gym time, hydration and a daily tip). These reminders are generated on your device. You can decline this permission or turn reminders off in the app at any time — the app works fully without it.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, files or any other sensitive permission.
5. Third parties, ads and analytics
RepStrat contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no third-party services. No data is shared with third parties, because no data ever leaves your device. The app is distributed through Google Play; Google's own handling of app downloads is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Accounts and data deletion
RepStrat does not use accounts — there is nothing to sign up for and no password. To delete your data, you can either clear the app's storage in your device settings (Settings → Apps → RepStrat → Storage → Clear data) or simply uninstall the app. Either action permanently removes everything, and nothing remains with us, because we never had it.
7. Children
RepStrat is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — as the app collects no information at all.
8. Health disclaimer
RepStrat is a fitness assistant, not a medical service. The workout plans, nutrition suggestions and tips it generates are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition. TetraHost accepts no liability for injuries or health outcomes resulting from use of the app.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of RepStrat ever changes how data is handled (for example, if an optional cloud backup feature is added), we will update this policy at this address and note it clearly in the app's update notes before the change takes effect.
